מדיניות ביטול: ביטול תור יעשה כ-24 שעות לפני מועד הטיפול, כל ביטול תור שיבוצע לאחר מועד זה יחוייב בתשלום מלא ביטול סדרה יחויב בדמי ביטול, 5% או 100 שקלים, הנמוך מביניהם. ביטול תשלום סידרה, ניתן לעשותות לאורך כל המחירון. ביטול הסידרה יחושב לפי כמות הטיפולים שנעשה על ידי המטופל לפי המחירון. לדוגמא, מטופל קנה סידרה עשרים, אך לאחר שישה טיפול הופסק הטיםול. המטופל יהיה מחוייב לפי סידרה שש, ויתר התשלום שנותר יוחזר למטופל פחות דמי הביטול.
